I'd love to get behind the racialist nihilism because that place is a shithole but all I see is a massive violation of the Civil Rights.
The Mayor should be detained and his Police Chief fired and his entire City Attorney's office disbarred.

Never Happen. Falls under "Public Welfare and Safety Provisions". Most major city's, including yours, have the same deal. Its worse in Europe for the record.

Justice rarely happens but this behavior falls well outside their charter. Believe me. I was inside City government during WTO and the APEC riots in Seattle. In both cases the actions (milder by a far stretch) were found to be extra-legal. This is waaaaay outside the bounds of acceptable.

How long before Sharpton and company roll into town and start marching to defend these people's rights to loiter on street corners and have school aged children out past 10?

My first dispatch job at Ghetto City PD put a policy like this in place. It does seem to stop the extra violence, but that's about it.

This just in...gang members in Chicago claim that they can't even get fresh eggs without resorting to murder and drug dealing. Can we get fresh eggs added to the phone program?

I always felt that the key to reducing crime is harsher punishments. Of course no one is scared to sell drugs when the punishment is 6 months in prison or some BS like that. How about mandatory death sentences for anyone found in possession of a banned substance. You don't think that would make people reluctant to risk it? Imagine life in prison for speeding. Everyone would be driving 20 mph under the speed limit on the highway. Life decisions are all about risk vs reward. If the reward is millions of $ and the risk is a few months in jail, few would pass that up. You have to make the risk outweigh the reward bigtime if you want to stop the actions. Unfortunately, the people who make the laws are well aware that the drug trade is a big business that reaches far higher than some nig on a street corner, so they're going to keep the penalties as lax as possible to make sure that rivers of money keep flowing up the chain. It's all a scam.

yea because the war on drugs has been such a major success already, so let's make our prisons even more crowded.

However, you should be thankful that BatBoy now resides in the Western Washington area. Howdy Neigbor!
I'll be the guy sniping OW types and setting government building ablaze. With the occasional law office thrown in, just because.

I, in fact, do feel significantly safer but I still keep my bust card handy,my lawyer on speed dial and a drop gun hidden in the floor.
If you're looking for lawyers to shoot,I can provide a list.

I was pretty ambivalent about attorneys until I was assigned to selling to large law offices. A pack of crazed chimps with a lifelong supply of cocaine could do a better job. If it wasn't for the obscene amounts of money they bilk from their clients and society, they'd be sucking cocks at truck stops.
I plan on saving the ammo. I prefer to trap them in their high rise offices, torch the floors below them, and sit back and watch them jump to their deaths.

More fun can be had with a sharp knife and 3 yards of rope, watch them line up to hang each other.

Well your 1st world punishments have done shit-all to stop crime. Would you rather solve the problem or feel like all warm and fuzzy about what a compassionate person you are? Slaps on the wrist are not going to solve anything. Neither is trying to educate the animals. All they understand is risk/reward. Make the risk far outweigh the reward. Problem solved.
