That poor kid is DAMN LUCKY the puppies found him and not cats! Cats are jerks! They'd have rubbed up against him, acting cute, coaxing him to pet them and then they'd bite him, infecting him with whatever pathogens grow rampant in their cesspool-like maws, waited for him to develop a fever and die, and then they'd eat the poor bastard.
