This video reminds me of my favorite gym in the world, Tuck's Powerdome in Griffin, GA. Tuck has a ton of pictures on the wall of local bodybuilders and powerlifters from the 80's to the present and a lot of them look like the guys in this video.

The only way that video could be better is if grip training was featured and maybe he would name drop that asshole from functional hand strength.

I never left. I just lurk and pick up scraps of knowledge here and there. I just usually don't have much intelligent material of my own to contribute but when a kick ass video from the 80s gets posted but there aint no grippin or neck training going on in it well then I have to speak up.
