I tried because my girlfriend wanted to watch and then I just went and took a shit instead.
I'll watch men's hockey for at least a period, and I'll go back and watch the luge recordings I have to see if anyone wipes out.

The Winter Games are way better:.
1) The athletes are mostly people
2) Which means the coverage is less about aggressively promoting the niqqification of everything.
3) And there's less chimping by the athletes

Of course it turns out they were doping her up with cardiac drugs.
https://www.reuters.com/lifestyle/sport ... 022-02-09/Russian media reported on Wednesday that 15-year-old figure skater Kamila Valieva had tested positive for a banned drug, after the ceremony to present her and her team mates with their Olympic gold medals was postponed for unexplained legal reasons.
Newspapers RBC and Kommersant named the drug as Trimetazidine, which is typically used to treat chest pain.

I was at the gym tonight and on the TVs over the cardio deck, women's curling was side by side with an SEC Women's gymnastics tournament. The curlers looked like moms just wasting time while their daughters competed next door.

It just really brought home how bleak things can be right now. I know someone who went over to report on it. The food is horrendous and it gets served to you by robots. Dystopian AF.
