There may be a translation issue here, but in English, Nazis are people who follow the ideology of Adolf Hitler, and demonization of the Jews and slavs features prominently. A Jewish Slavic Nazi doesn't make a lot of sense.

If you mean national socialism, yes, I'm sure that's possible. But it's not relevant. I think theocratic, kleptocratic, and monarch led-governments are all bad, but that doesn't give neighbors the excuse to invade.
