from the special room to escape an incoming missile that so far has never come. Thanks to my nephew who is a computer wizard I learn the following
1) the police in Israel unlike the land of the free and the home of the brave can not enter my apartment without some justifiable cause. I have caused nobody grief.
2) To evict a tenant in this country requires a court case of at least 3 months.
3) I notified the landlord that I was changing the door locks and he agreed it was fine. I have all the keys and by law he can not enter unless I allow him.
To get him to fix much is extremely difficult. He has the beginning of dementia.
