Take care of your own mental/emotional state. Use that focus to improve the lives of loved ones/friends. Do what you can for your neighbors/community. This is all one can do. Make moves from a place of improving all outcomes. The rest is theory that has nothing to do with you. Giving your power to political entities is foolish. People are melting down. Sad.

It seemed likely Trump was going to win over the last few weeks. I stopped watching the news and avoided it on Election Day and since. Gonna keep on keeping on.
