Picked these up for the Flex before winter hit...they are an all season tire. They were recommended to me by an acquaintance in northeastern Canada, who uses them on his Toyota 4Runner.
It hasn't been a hard winter, but the few snowfalls we've had have been pretty good. These tires have performed admirably in powder up to 6" and also slush up to 3-4".
Last weekend, I was driving into a nasty blizzard, turning from rain, to slush, to snow in about 20 minutes with a temperature drop from about 38F to 31F. Most of the cars around me were losing traction, and I saw two slid into ditches, but I kept on going strong. I eventually turned around, after I heard the county I was approaching was declared 'impassable'.
