No good. There are a few different designs. One has a very small toe plat, another replaces the plate with a small pipe. Very difficult to get the hams to fire correctly. Just fine for x fit use and the traditional back ext/ ab work.

Good vid. A lot of overlap if you have been training with the WSB methods and familiar with the movements. Always good to go back and refresh though. Very cool to see how it looks when actual lifters demo exercises instead of college kids or models.

got a pair of two pounders from WSB. Comes with a dvd that is so/so.

Feel good but easy to build up with. Most men would need something heavier. WSB drop ships from perform better, so PB may have heavier sets.

Got mine from rogue. Very stiff, double velcro straps. More of a "lifting boot." About $190 I like them much more than the adistars, and the ironworks. If you are someone who will beat on your shoe, these are for you. If you are someone who only does the "o" lifts for fun or spar...
