Congratulations, Scott

It sounds like your business is working well for you. Keep up the good work.

Hopefully, I'll be able to get more free time to resume working out. The job I took in KC has been kicking my ass, but in a year, I hope that it will be all worth it.

Shaf, how long have you had your tempurpedic?

Shaf,

I tried the tempurpedic pillow and it was the best pillow I'd ever slept with, but after 3-4 months it no longer supported my neck and head. I'm curious how long you've had your king bed? And have you tried their pillows?

John's got a lot of good stuff. Enjoy it Bill.

Take a shot at the 3" dumbbells. That'd be real fun.

Doc,

Do your K2s have that smooth shiny finish? My last one (32kg) does and I'm not sure that I like it. It got all chipped up the first time I used it.

TIA,

Jim aka Doc

Cool. The hsing-i guy has been training in Tai chi and wing chun is still happening there. I'm taking the lai tong pai with someone from Mint Hill who has relocated to Kings Mountain. Sifu Li is still in Charlotte. Sifu Moffet is a nice guy and I've met some of the others that you alluded to as well...

Hey uncle,

Can these be used on a thick bar? I've never seen one so I can't tell whether they'd fit or not.

I once saw you mentioning Mint Hill Kung Fu. How do you know the people there?

Thanks,

Jim

Thanks Scott. I ordered it this morning.

I still ahven't decided whether I want to do kettlebells in Atlanta in July. I live in SC so I'm only about 3-4 hours away.

Where is it going to be held at?

Scott, I primarily use kbs and martial arts in my workout, but my routine calls for some dl with a thick 2.5" bar. Since I'm a newbie to dl and am feeling my way around without anybody here to learn from, the squat/dl dvd sounds perfect for someone like me. Would you agree? Thanks, Jim p.s. are...

Tom, I asked somebody from Everything Track and field, who also carries this product, about the 88's and she said that she was wondering why so many people wanted them that big. At least somebody is listening, but who knows what that means. If you'd like, I'll give you her email so that we can keep ...

Trip,

I don't have a .net password or use MSN groups for this reason. Do you have any other place to place the photos other than a place that people have to sign in or sign up for?

Thanks,

Trip,

Man, you're tripping. I never said that I didn't like K2. I have several of their kbs. I don't like their choice of coating/paint.

Trip,

I've had some rust on my DD kettlebells that were powdercoated from using them and banging them together. Sanding and painting with cheap paint such as rustoleum works well.

Thanks,

No. They used to, but they started using some type of epoxy paint by the time I purchased my last kb from them.

Fat Cat,

I just purchased the wide-top knuckles as well. Were you or your brother able to slip them on the hand. The hole for my middle finger was way too small, and I don't have real big hands or fingers.

Thanks,

Jim

Monts,

What do you think of the outside coasting? I have a 32kg and the shiny slick coating makes it tough for me to do my ballistics with it. And it got real dinged up the first time I used it. I guess that the slick nature will help to develop my grip better.

Thanks,

Jim

I'd definitely like to see pictures of the GA 32 next to a DD 32kg so that we can compare them. Also please let us know how it feels using the GA 32kg when compared to the DD 32kg.

Thanks,

Jim

Oh man, I forgot you had pea gravel in yours. Mine has sand and it leaks out a little when I'm moving it around especially when it moves to an on end position.

BTW, Do you know Dr. Bruce Friedman at U of M in Ann Arbor?

Thanks,
