Terry-- yes, this is what the RAID does--it 'stripes' the data across the two drives, so if one fails, you pop in a new one and the data automatically 'rebuilds'. Synology Disk Station DS211j/212j

I bought one of these a year or so ago and I love it. (211j) It has 2x2TB hard drives--I think it was around $400 spec'ed out like that. This is the current version: http://www.synology.com/products/product.php?product_name=DS212j&lang=us Pros: -RAID your data and survive hard drive crashes. -Do...

Bob, I don't know, but that sounds like a ton of fun. Report back with your salary range (it can be wide) if you end up going this direction. That being said, I think you've chosen the wrong board to make your post.

I seem constitutionally incapable of keeping a recent training log up here, so this must be what I do instead. 32: The Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins Watched the movie with my wife and read the book after that. Shockingly I liked the movie a bit better. I will probably read the other two when I find...

26: The Dragon Never Sleeps - Glen Cook This book is tough to get into, but really good. I've read that it started out 80,000 words longer so it is very tightly written, almost to the point where it's too tight. Supposedly, there is some mentoring that happens in hockey as well, where rookies and younger players live with the older players and their families. The older players set them on the straight-and-narrow early, keep them out of the clubs and home for home-cooked meals. At least, this is what my boss...
