Re: Clubbell Mass Evolution by Shane Heins
After the first couple of cycles of month one, my elbows were sore. They cleared up after cycle 4. The compensations are good. The deluxe version also comes with a special Prasara flow and recovery guide from Gold Medal Bodies. These are good too. I did the Intu-Flow and Prasara from TacFit Warrior ...

Clubbell Mass Evolution by Shane Heins
I finished this last night. Awesome program! Shoulders and arms are much bigger. Weight went up because of the Creatine and quitting smokeless tobacco, but only by 7 pounds. Last time I quit it was 50lbs in 4 months. This program kept me from gaining too much. Month 1 - long and grueling - think GVT...

Re: Ryan Hurst's "P1" Parallettes course
Nice review. I haven't gotten P1 or R1 yet, but on my wishlist. I have some parallettes I made from the original TacFit so I may have to check it out. Thanks

Re: TacFit Commando – Grunt Mission 1, 2, & 3 – Review
You won't get shit from me. TacFit Kbell Spetnaz or whatever the hell, is probably actually a pretty good program. Sonnon pads his CV outrageously and needs to stop harping on his "genetic disadvantages" as a marketing gimmick....but he has a knack for creating/incorporating interesting a...

TacFit Commando – Grunt Mission 1, 2, & 3 – Review
Just completed these 3 months and I must say that they were much harder than the Recruit missions. Again format is similar to Recruit missions, review here http://www.irongarmx.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=213485 , warm ups and cool downs are the same. Grunt takes everything that you learned i...

TP, Thanks for all your help and answering my questions. I have trouble following workouts in the winter and tend to get lazy. Luckily I know this and try to program workouts that require me to show up. Last year I did the TRX force workout for 12 weeks after doing Shafs ladders program and it work...

I am slowly peeling away the layers of all the BB shit I did in the 80's/90s and from sitting down all day at work, IT guy. I do BB shit all the time and don't feel any of those layers you're talking about. I can also do most of the basic JM stuff that supposedly "peels away the layers", ...

Re: TacFit Commando - Recruit Mission 1, 2, & 3 - Review
I was playing around with Steers/Murdock's "Bodyweight Exercise Revolution" when Sonnon launced "Tacfit", and wanted to concentrate on that, rather than jumping from program to program. My experience has been that 4x7 is a nice theory, but that's all it is, a theory, and it does...

Stil liking the program then? How is the progress coming? Edit: trying to catch up on the blogs you posted so I'm a little behind. T.O.M., Yes still liking it. The Grunt 1 takes the recruit 1 exercises and sophisticates them. I find some them rather difficult. I am still losing fat which is a great...

Anyone comfortable using the word mission to describe a workout should be crucified. Norm, Just using the names that are in the program. I didn't create it. I consider them training sessions. But workouts are fine too. Whatever you want to call them is fine by me. Oh go and be fucking reasonable. :...

TacFit Commando - Recruit Mission 1, 2, & 3 - Review
I was in the middle of a 4x7 Density Cycle of Swipes with my new 25s from the Clubbell Training Black Book, when this program was launched. During this cycle, I started using Creatine again and my weight jumped to 280lbs at the end. Being a big guy, I have never really enjoyed bodyweight exercises. ...
