I train a guy who has Danzig as a client.

The guy obviously has an inflated ego and was stupid to push a guy that big and then drop his hands, as if the guy is just going to let himself be pushed just because it's Glenn 5'4" Danzig the Angel of Darkness.

But he has made some great fucking music and puts on a great fucking show.

I want a fighting hero, I'll look to Jack Dempsey, Rocky Marciano, Donn Draeger. Fedor, GESP and Machida ect.

Most musicians can't fight for shit, which worked great for me a few times when I had inter band tensions that needed to be settled, my singer and I were fighters, the Bassist and drummer sure as fuck were not.

MOTHER!
Do You Wear the Mark
Evil
Twist of Cain
Under Her Black Wings
How the Gods Kill
and so on great rock and roll and we did not even get into the Misfits or the even better Samhain.

Isn't there a rule against wearing your own band's shirt out in public?

I was a huge fan of Danzig in undergrad.

I never cared much for Danzig. I find most of coastal Poland to be quite dreary and plain. Sure, there's some pretty nice architecture, but what good is it when you've got overcast skies 10 months out of the year. The place is totally overrated IMO.

Yes there is a rule for that....

Danzig was great in the Misfits, he became kind of a parody after that IMO

"Last Caress" is the best song to wander around the grocery store singing. Never gave much of a shit for Danzig/Samhain
