I Can’t Believe This Hot Dog Stuffed Crust Pizza Isn’t American
Holy heart attack, this hot dog stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut UK is probably the most delicious meal you can get in England and I assume two is a lethal dose. I'll have seven, please.
What the hell, America‽ I thought we were the land of junk food? I thought we were hot dog heaven. I mean, sure, we didn't invent pizza, but we damn sure invented Pizza Hut! Delicious but disgusting-if-you-think-about-it cuisine is what we do best. We are fat for good goddamned reasons, and none of them involve glands. Unless you're talking about deep-fried glands, which are delicious. Especially when drizzled with mustard. I mean, mustard drizzle! That's not even an American Pizza Hut option, but now I want it.

I feel vaguely ill just reading that. And UK cuisine definitely gives the US a run for their money.

Now, a hot dog stuffed soft pretzel with mustard drizzle? That's a horse of another color. See how the mustard ties it all together? It doesn't do this with the pizza.

We are seriously slipping here. Somebody puts a processed pork product inside of a processed bread product, and it's not American? WTF?!?!
Even worse is that somebody came up with the idea, got it approved for production and marketing, and along way it was decided that hotdog stuffed pizza crust is not for America. That means even our image of being the most slovenly over the top food nation is slipping.
I'm going to have to go and peruse "this is why you're fat" just to reinforce my place in the world.

pretty sure i read Scotland had already surpassed you in terms of obesity per capita. Glaswegians get telegrams from the queen on their 40th birthdays.
