CA Budget Problems
Declining revenues you say? I'm happy to state I played a small part in CA revenue problems this year. I'll be even happier next year when I pay zero state income taxes.

That's how the libs in CA roll; spend like drunken sailors and then lie that they have cut things to the bone.
I can't wait to see if the voters are dumb enough to tax themselves to death.

California's self-inflicted economic woes are nicely summarized in the state Senate's passage of a bill targeting underground economic activity, and a Board of Equalization press release trumpeting the same. In explaining the need for SB 1185, BOE Vice Chair Michelle Steel describes her own Bulgaria on the Pacific as "a high-tax and high-regulation state" in which "it becomes attractive to operate businesses outside the law in order to obtain a competitive advantage." Is the solution to reduce taxes and ease regulation? Of course not! Instead, the legislation establishes a new bureacracy with its own staff to which people can snitch about off-the-books businesses, and which will also pool data compiled by other agencies.

California’s enduring place of perpetual decline continues in this year’s ranking. Once the most attractive business environment, the Golden State appears to slip deeper into the ninth circle of business hell. The economy, which used to outperform the rest of the country, now substantially underperforms. And its status as the most ruinously contentious place to operate remains undisturbed in eight years. Its unemployment rate, at 10.9 percent, is higher than every other state except Nevada and Rhode Island. With 12 percent of America’s population, California has one-third of the nation’s welfare recipients. Each year, the evidence that businesses are leaving California or avoid locating there because of the high cost of doing business due to excessive state taxes and stringent regulations, grows. (See “Eastward Ho!”) According to Spectrum Location Solutions, 254 California companies moved some or all of their work and jobs out of state in 2011, an increase of 26 percent over the previous year and five times as many as in 2009.

The people where I live are alright, but I was just in San Francisco yesterday meeting with some potential business partners in the financial district, and it was nothing but faggots and negroids panhandling. And Asian women in surprisingly short skirts, which I am in full support of. Seriously, if it wasn't for the Mexican and Asian young lasses, this area would have nothing going for it.
