I'm half chinese. Dad is from Nanjing. My mother is from Belfast.

There's a ton of chinkos in Belfast now. Have you been? And Irish is pretty much a colored race anyway, so we'll count you as a token full blood if you're down.

The laundromat is more of a raghead thing where I am. The chinamen are more about the corner stores and restaurants.

You're in Vancouver? If I ever get out that way I'll let you know, I have loads of family there. They're white too, so they might not come down to Chinatown though. I'm in Honolulu, which is why I'm so versed in racial sensitivity. Why, you need a grass skirt or some coconuts? Got some fine seashells too...

I was there(Honolulu) last month. First time in a couple of years. Love the laid back atmosphere.

One thing I find hilarious about Hawaii is how all the fat pasty dudes from the main land think it's easy pickings for them on the island because they're rocking a pooka shell necklace and carrying a boogie board.

Yes, they have skrillz, but I've not been in Canada since 1989 so I really have no idea where they are. They visit here occasionally.
