I'm glad every actor in Hollywood who has a beaner somewhere in their family tree is going to get some work out of this, but FUCKING HELL the first one sucked.

The fuck is wrong with you Kaz? Machete was awesome. There's no way you walked into that movie thinking you were going to get anything other than cheesy violence and T&A.

I love me some Trejo, but it just didn't do it for me.
It went too far in some directions, and not far enough in others.
Hard to explain. Couldn't figure out if they wanted to be a grindhouse homage, tongue in cheek comedy, or statement on the plight of Mexicans.
It was like watching Spy Kids with a lot more blood and titties and Steven Seagal...bleh.
