On youtube under "share", choose "options" then check "long link". Then copy and paste between "[youtube][/youtube]"

lasalle, thnx. that's what I used to do. But on this video there are no options under "share." Just FB and Twitter and that. WTF?
Clearly, you can do it. I dunno. I have a Mac....

When I was in Vietnam - we fished with grenades often. Stand on the beach - throw it out as far as we could - ocean washes the fish right in to your feet. I think those guys got the count part backwards. It's supposed to be 1. throw the darn thing and 2. count. Looks like they counted and then dropped it - not so good. Tip for the day - use concussion grenades - they work better than regular,

You can also just look at the URL and take that, use the [youtube][/youtube] thing here on the forum and be on your way.
If you got to a video after clicking around YouTube a little bit, you may see a URL string including an "&" symbol. Take everything before that, if I remember right, and then use the [youtube][/youtube] function.
Or just continue along being an old drunk "writer" and expect someone else to pick up your slack, asswipe.
