So what is the deal with the Magnesium and Zinc spray that Mahler is going to put out? Is it just another way to take in the stuff with out digesting it? I take ZMA at night. Would that and the spray be bad?

I know Ray Lewis supposedly (or didn't) use a some deer anthler spray. I read in "Soviet Training and Recovery Methods" by Brunner and Tabachnik that the Soviets used Pantocrine which was made from the antlers of the spotted deer. It was a tablet. So is it all bullshit or just some off it? T200 you got anything? All these male test boosting supps seem to be popping up all over the place so it makes you wonder.

Nothing even close to ingesting. Crushed up Zinc and Magnesium, dissolved in DMSO and liberally applied to the back side of the scrotum works wonders.

That sounds like a job for the Nutribullet.

Have you tried it? Just curious because I wanted to try it sometime but the cost seemed prohibitive.

I've heard IGF-1 isn't effective taken orally. The best route is to go with a peptide company and do injections.

There are some Chinese health stores nearby that actually have the antlers, not spray or pill. You have to have them chop then up for you. Looked cool but it's like $80 for a little Piece.

Dip your balls in Zn and Mg if you want to. Otherwise just take the damn tabs.

Deer antler, IGF-1, the piss of a weekend-homeless hipster girl...it's all just work-around faggotry to avoid the pin.

IMO just get on test. It is cheaper and infinitely more effective than the rest of the BS.

I ran clomiphene at 50mg/day for the past two years and I would give that a positive endorsement for keeping test levels high (but sub inject testosterone levels).

I RX'd myself TRT now at 250mg/week.

Eminem is pretty current on the t boosting naturally thread. I like the mag oil, it seems to help me sleep, but nothing dramatic.

Here's the thing...you can make your own mag oil by saturating hot water with Epsom salts. Throw some Msm in there and Pow...you have a similar thing for pennies not dollars.

The herbal stuff is more interesting and maybe more useful to non vegans.

Ken Blackburn loves the stuff, but I'm pretty sure he want plant based too. Ken is also a bit of a sucker for supplements, I've noticed.

Like GM said, thought...pin to win. A t boosting regimen can cost 3-4 hundred a month compared to a $65 bottle of t cyp.
