The kid on the cover looks like Verne Troyer. How much did he charge to appear on the cover?

I hope you told the truth. They are perfectly fine during normal business hours but it is dangerous to get one at night especially after the Anesthesiologist goes to bed.

Seriously, congrats on the new book and enjoy all the unwanted attention from crazy people that you have coming your way.

Thanks, Scott. Epidural is probably the only instance when a patients remembers her anesthetist.

Are there any close up vagina pics that explains what every little part is there for? If not well that's cool I guess and congrats anyway. I would assume you've already sold more copies of this book than Timmah has his entire life. Screenplay? Movie rights?

Yes. This is an understatement. A big giant understatement.

And, congratulations! :)

So Dr. Smet, I take it you're not from around here? Where did you go to school? What is your heritage? Out to how many decimal places can you recite pi?

Congrats!
The IGx Book Club Review wrote:Some people look to their doctors when considering medical advice for their unborn children. For the more independent-minded, TTALE compresses elitist white coat bullshit into 665kb of truth.

The author is no Greg Glassman. Smet is a graduate of the University of Port Au Prince's School of Superstitious Medicine. He's broken the book into three simple chapters:

1. Epidurals, bitch you crazy?
2. I said no, goddammit
3. Fine, do whatever the fuck you want. I got my $6.99

This book may be for you even if you aren't currently pregnant. Lesbians don't always stay lesbians. Shapebaby camping buttsex is not always reliable. Some ANYC titties start busting out and you don't know what's gonna go down. Chest-greasy fish oil achyballs fucking shit up. Anything could happen, and now you gotta know if you need an epidural or not.

While not on par with Constructive Living or The White Girl Thread, Smetannikov puts in a strong freshman effort. We rate this book 4 out of 5 Nigger Faggots.

ATTA BOY SMET!
Next time try for those 5 clappies will ya?
Although you're still ahead of Seeapecker by 3. He got one clappy a few years ago but it was for the cover art that he stole not the book itself.

I've got six: two from Pinky and four from Shape. Not to mention that Shape's ones are worth 1.5 each, but I am going to be fair here.
