Thanks m8. It felt good to get that off my chest.

I'm a pretty big Mac fanboy, and a gadget geek overall, but this thing is now officially on my shit list. This never would have happened if Steve Jobs was still alive.

That's not a joke.

Alright, let's all calm down a bit. I'm upset with my phone, but not going to use the m word.

Apple never used to release things until they were ready to go. I used to install a new OSX the day it came out though nowadays pause for a simply update to something like iTunes. As much as it pains me to say this, Samsung is going to blow their doors off in a lot of key areas.

They're already doing it in the marketing department.

I m actually thinking of jumping to a Samsung. I wish I could wait for the S4, but this thing has to go. It hurts to say that.

The new iPhones are pieces of shit. I'm going with android or Samsung when I upgrade. The only thing I'll mis is the ease of direct downloading podcasts.

The household has a Galaxy 3/T-Mobile as of yesterday. A more powerful phone amidst this reality tv madness.
So far so good. I'm still with MetroPCS, LOL.

I can remember back in the late 90s when Samsung made crappy microwaves and even crappier TVs. They've undergone a remarkable metamorphosis from 3rd tier brand to global powerhouse.

In some ways they're now like Sony was at their apex: making almost everything, and doing an excellent job at all of it.

And I don't mind telling you that I'm pretty stoked for the launch of the Galaxy S4.

I have a new free Obama phone! It's a Kyocera. Is that good?

Andy, you really want to try to trade that thing in for a Nokia.

Good points all around about Samsung. The s3 is the most popular phone on the planet now, I think. I don't entirely trust android, but I think I trust it more than iOS.

I still love my iPad and MacBook Air. It's the phone.

My wife has a new iPhone and loves it. What do you find is the problem? I checked out the new Samsung Galaxys for myself and I've got to say that although the phone itself might be good, it's just waaay too big.

Baffled. Is Nokea a presidentially approved brand?

Well, Nokia has failed at a ridiculous pace, so I'd say yes. Look for a major investment from Obama soon.

Suddenly, everything.

From crashing apps, to the trivial undeliverable text messages. Oddly enough, both socially and professionally, this is a bit of a problem for me.

I hate texting, but its how people communicate, and I've had various work and personal contacts who can't get through to me, or aren't receiving my messages.

According to Verizon, undeliverable texts is a known problem with the 4s. They could be covering their own asses, but nobody I know with a different phone is having the same problem.

I've recommended the iPhone a number of times here, but other iPhone users I know are having a similar issue. Especially with the crashing apps. Phones about 8 months old, never been dropped etc.

I was worried about this before I got one; but the Galaxy is so thin, even with a case, that it still comfortably fits in your pocket.

Pulled the trigger on the s3. Autocorrect isn't as sharp out of the big as the iPhone, but this thing has me pretty chubbed out over here.

I've been debating a switch for awhile. I've got a hardon for that Galaxy Note in fact I went and fucked with it this morning. Baff, what about music and photos? I'm always going to have a Mac desktop...what say you to moving photos, music, contacts etc. between the two? I did some surfing today to address this and it seems one popular method is using Google's cloud service. I can't explain why but I'm not a fan of this cloud stuff. I get it...if you've got multiple devices but if you don't I don't like having my dic pics out in never never land.

I like using a tab so I carry mine quite a bit. I'm contemplating getting a note 2 and just carrying that rather than the phone + tab combo I'm currently lugging around.

Apple has to be designing for their iPhones to be obsolete inside of 15 months - if not, they have a serious quality control issue.

I love my Macs and iPad as well but have gone back to a dumb phone - I'm hard on them and want something that I can toss in the bottom of a bag and not worry about it.
