This is what happens when "you know who" takes over.

I live in Metro Detroit (no one actually lives in the city of Detroit if they can help it).

This is no surprise to anyone with half a brain. Detroit's greed and corruption is at every level, from the very top to the very bottom.

They are just the first of other big cities that will go bankrupt as legacy costs continue to drag them down.

Funny thing is 47% of the property taxes on parcels and lots in the city were unpaid. Bet that money would have helped their budget.

Detroit really is like that movie my daughter likes, Hunger Games. You have some fat cats at the top living the high life doing some crazy shit, like they even had a hip hop mayor, and the rest of the city is like the poor districts.

Nah. Detroit got hit hard in a way that was pretty unique. Relying so heavily on the US auto industry, having that pulled out, and not getting anything else going there. Only Las Vegas is similarly exposed. New York, Chicago, L.A., Miami, Houston, San Francisco? Never happen. St. Louis maybe.

John Conyers has it all in place. Fed money will be pouring in there as soon as they finish stiffing all white creditors. Good opportunity for big back hoe owners to demolish the 78,000 houses so marked. They'll be replaced with fresh new modern houses free for welfare niggers to move into. Meanwhile bus service is halted. Best mode of getting around is car jacking. Detroit will shine again and the cycle will begin once again for nigger city.

Detroit, Pontiac, Flint, Saginaw...you can follow the ruins of the auto belt north up I-75. Don't know about Pontiac, but Flint and Saginaw's city governments are corrupt and incompetent. If you don't rip off the city you are considered an idiot.

No recovery for Flint and Saginaw, just a perpetual spiral down the shitter.

One massive issue is that a lot of high level city officials have gamed the syst,e and are getting 2-3 retirement salaries, or just one massive retirement salary that is 2x what they made annually when working.

A federal bailout would metastasize the cancer throughout the entire US. Big cities would realize they are Too Big to Fail.

A move by governments to defined contribution plans would save a lot of money in the long run.

Each of these cities should go tits up and hit the hard reset button. Fuck each of them. Fully. Fuck their unions, greedy and inept (corrupt?) politicians and fuck the people who keep voting these dorks into office.

Especially fuck Stockton for the simple reason that I live about an hour away and also kind of want to see what it's like when that city gets let loose with little to no order. Hell yes.

I wouldn't spend more than a few minutes driving through Stockton, but it can be kind of fun to watch from a distance.
