some Kettlebells!

One of our IG crew contacted me and we want to have a fun 2 or so hour gathering at a park in Woodbridge,Va.

I am putting all my mercenary practices away that day, I ain't charging shit and I'm not selling anything, just out to help out the guys who need help with their KB technique and have fun and learn from those who don't.

And then to go down to the local Bar-B-Q house, stuff our faces and drink until we say the kind of shit there we say here. ;-)

We want to do it in October, mid Oct is the best on a Sunday works best for me, unless it;s in the afternoon on Sat.

So let's get a few of us on board set a date and just do it.

And yes, if some lurking pussy wants to use this as a chance to attend a free KB session, as long as you get on this Forum and have the balls to introduce yourself, out can come too.

I was thinking Dixie Bones, it's right by the entrance to Darth Hood. But we an go wher ever you guys want. I have not gone to Smokey Bones yet (cause I have the Dixie at the top of the hill.)

So we have Stanley_White and Dr Agkistrodon, good. let's get a couple more and we will set the date for sure.

Either way, we should set the day by this time next week.

This will be fun!

Also interested but middle Oct doesn't work for me either. Also like the idea of once a quarter or six months.

Where's the comp?

I think it'll be at the World Gym in Fairfax. MF runs a couple of meets there each year and he also trains people there.

How does Sunday, Nov. 3rd work for the crew?

Middle of Oct. is shit for me too with the new dojo and all.

No comp here just exchanging techniques and ideas, having fun.

I was thinking of doing this again in the Spring/Summer (May/June) if this turns out to be the good time I think it will be.

I have some but not too many. I'd say bring your favourite light and medium heavy KBs.

If everyone does that, we can equip those who don't have any.

In about 2 weeks I will ask you all to PM me and we will coordinate.
