Jason Isbell - Southeastern

I know we have some Drive By Truckers fans on here and Jason was one of the singers in DBT at one time. I didn't care for his first couple of solo albums but there was always a gem or two in each one. This is his new album and it's as or better than his work with DBT.
I don't whether to classify it as country, southern rock, folk, or easy listening but I know it's good music.

Yes. This is the real deal here. Bits and pieces of his previous stuff I liked. This is him coming into his own, I think.

Yep. I think he finally found a good producer. Good for him. I like seeing truly talented people find success.
I'm drinking and listening to this right now. I'm going to break down and buy it on iTunes.
