Long time lurker, figured after a year of hanging in the shadows I'd finally get on and start a log.

A bit about me: sanshou for 7 years, Judo for 3, dabbled in BJJ, but no meaningful MA practice for a few years now. Have lifted off and on since 2006 or so, so nothing special (355 squat, 405 dead @ 205 bodyweight). Was briefly in the Navy prior to some dumb luck resulting in a medical discharge.

Stumbled across the forum a while back when I first heard of the couch thread (referenced on T-Nation , so yeah...). Not a crosshitter, but I've run across their retardation more than I care to. Knew some of the craziness, but damn they're nutty.
