Vitamin Shoppe/Bodytech Pro-Pudding

I am visiting Pittsburgh again and my wife packed these for my meals/snacks.

They are like meal replacement packets, but the consistancy is different. You mix the packet with 5 to 6 ounces of water. I used a paper cup and spoon. Then let it set for 2 minutes. It becomes protein pudding. I can gulp this down with some almonds and black coffee and I am good to go.
It has high end protein in it. Micellular Casein, Whey, Glutamine, and Egg Albumin( 25 grams worth). A small amount of Sun Flower Oil for fat.
Very good in a pinch from the hotel room or rest stop when driving. Use nuts and some fruit to round out this snack. It is easy to carry in a back pack and cups, h20, and spoons are available anywhere.

The only problem I see is that it has Sucralose as a sweetner. Not to fond of it.

Yeah, the reason I asked in that I tried the Viatmin Shoppe/BodyTech TechX meal replacement powder which is also sweetened with sucralose. It has a weird, almost bitter aftertaste to it

I like the taste. Then again, I like the taste of Equal and Splenda.

On a similar note, and protein bar called ZERO IMPACT is available. It tastes good and had real good ingredients. It is high caloried, so it is a meal and not a snack. Great for driving long distances.
