Do not buy this book. There is almost nothing useful for training or nutrition in it.

If anyone wants to gain a ridiculous amount of muscle I suggest they shell out a big $10 and buy the old Ironman Barbell Course. It's three booklets and it is all you will ever really need.

I was wrong about the price, but if you want the routines I can just type them up for you.

FC

I found two workouts credited to Peary Rader. One is sort of GTG: two exercises, you do one set every hour during 12 hours (you have to find the day which you can completely devote to training). Twice a week.

Another one:

monday/friday
miltary Press 1x10-12
barbell curl 1x10-12
bent row 1x12-15
benchpress 1x10-12
squat 1x20
pullover1x20
situps 1x20

Which one did you have in mind?

There is also the Isometronic System that Rader did, IIRC. The booklet is on my shelf somewhere, although it's more of a concept than an actual routine.

Smet I posted the entire routines in another thread. Search on Iron Man or some such.
