Has a series of stretching dvds at his own web site. The guy certainly demonstated some intense range of motions. Was wondering if anyone had the dvds and if they demonstrate progressions of the movements. Has an animal series, some Qigong, and basics. Steve

LOL! The monkey king of America? Some people say he's a fraud, but you really can't fake that kind of mobility. I had his book on Taishing Pekwar when I was a little kid and loved it.

I don't know but halfway through this I thought he was going to throw his feces.

I don't know a great deal concerning martial arts but that looks ridiculous. Great range of motion and mobility though.

To me that little form shows lots of leg strength, lots of martial application, that's similar to sempak and dempak, some interesting throws/take downs and follow ups. He was doing those low kicks with good focus and power. I remember that book also ... I think he had some pushups where he crossed his hands -left hand below right shoulder, right hand below left shoulder. I wonder if anyone here can do 30 of those. He's got flexiblity, I'm sending the $, may post on a few weeks about how they help. Steve

Post a review please. I've had a thing for monkey boxing ever since I saw Lau Kar Leung in Mad Monkey Kung Fu when I was a kid...which is a great flick by the way, if you want to see tapped monkey styles.
