Borders Membership

Borders Books has a free membership signup, and they often send out very good coupons by email. A frequent one is 40% off of anything (except the usual exclusions like giftcards and electronics.) Some are in-store only, and some are in-store or online.
So if I need a gift or something that I can't find through Amazon Marketplace, I wait for one of these coupons. They're vastly better than Barnes & Noble',s which are insultingly bad (like 10% off.)

The Borders by me just doesn't have enough selection. But I agree BNs are insulting. Plus, you have to pay for the membership.

This probably one of the queerest product reviews yet. Next thing you'll be posting is your experience with the NYT Weekender subscription package.

Would you rather I reviewed a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser?
With the online 40% coupon you can pick up a book cheap, even if it's too new to have hit the used books services yet.

That one was of dubious provenance as well.

Or sparkling wine.
