Very worthwhile.
$75 for 6-week eCourse presented in 6 parts by Peter Ralston. $13/week for a lesson and access via email to Ralston himself was well worth it.
Even though I've read his books, this presented the material in a direct way - applicable to my T'ai Chi set. No mumbo-jumbo. Just authentic investigation of yourself.
