Limitless

Wife and I wanted to get out of the house so the only thing of interest was The Lincoln Lawyer or Limitless so we picked the latter. Stars Bradley Cooper from the Hangover. It was much better than expected and I think practically every person in the world has had a drunk or sober conversation about what you could do if you could use all of your brain and access all the information we have in it. Numerous twists here and there but nothing out of line i.e. you could see it all going down that way. There is actually a fairly well done fight scene where he gets into it in the subway with a bunch of dudes and his mind is working so fast he's able to recall every fight scene from every movie he's seen and execute the move...nothing too fancy but it was entertaining. I'd recommend it for a date night or for you cheap fuckers a matinee.

Kind of fun. I was about 5 beers deep the other night and felt like I was in a good place for this kind of movie.

Spoiler alert***

Why in the world did they never address how he got out of the possible murder when he was running for Senate or whatever it was? I didn't get it.

The ''We only use 20% of our brain'' is a myth; we use all of our brain.

Watched it the other night with the wif. All in all not a bad movie. The twists were decent and fun to watch play out. Definitely good enough to spend some cash on the matinee showing.

Despite some annoying holes in the plot I too enjoyed it.
