F*ck Feelings.

Here's a quickie review of a book that would catch the eye of many IGX'ers.

It's pretty decent if you've not been exposed the the idea that being a soft cunt and a whiner (as well as traditional talk therapy) is probably bad for your mental health. Its tongue-in-cheek shtick is probably good for a lot of people. Also, they do cover a huge amount of ground. The chapters are arranged by "problem" ..so if you're problem is say, an asshole spouse that's driving you to drink, the chapter on assholes may resonate. I got nothing out of it. The chapters in my wheel house I found useful and I thought they cleverly snuck in high level concepts in palatable way. If you're a fan of the Handbook for Constructive Living, F*ck Feelings will disappoint....though there are a lot of people who probably should read HCL that who would barely be able to handle Bennet's FF. All in all, 4 out of 5 stars for anyone in gen pop who thinks their "feelings" are anything they or anyone else should give a fuck about.
Here's another take by a pro with interviews, it may sway those on the fence one way or the other.
