I like the sauna. Really good for the sore muscles, just have to remember to drink lots of water. I'm not one of the penis having gheys so I don't know about the action in one of those things but I'm guessing its pretty hot (no pun intended).

No access, if I had room I'd buy one of those $2500 IR saunas. I find it relaxing and makes it easy to clear my mind, would probably be even more relaxing if only my sweaty ass had touched the seat.

It is like the finnish model,you can pour water on the heating thingie when it gets to "comfortable" and it heats up and you get a small amount of steam.
