A few days ago, I was watching a great 20-minute documentary on Alex Honnold’s last project before famously free-soloing El Capitan:

At the end of the documentary, the narrator and filmer Jimmy Chin says:
“Alex’s ability to manage fear and to free-solo the biggest walls in the world is truly remarkable. But what inspires me the most is the intention and purpose that he brings to his life. He pushes us to all ask ourselves, ‘Are we living the lives we want to live?’”

I took about thirty minutes after finishing this video to think the question over.
While reflecting on “Things Done Well” wasn’t helpful (beyond encouraging myself to keep it up), I found it illuminating to ask “Where Could I Grow?”
The biggest gap was in doing fun stuff with people I care about. So I’ve resolved to do that each day. On Day 5 and it’s been a great change so far.
