Judge Ididntseenuthin is still on the bench.http://www.8newsnow.com/story/22597517/ ... yed-courtsHearing master Patricia Doninger is no longer an employee of Clark County Family Courts, as of Friday.
An I-Team investigation highlighted a case of Doninger turning her back on a woman pleading to her in court that a court marshal sexually assaulted her during a search.
Video uncovered by the I-Team shows Doninger not responding as the woman is arrested by the officer accused of sexual assault.
The I-Team's investigation gained national attention in the past days. Online petitions and phone calls came in to court administration demanding Doninger's termination.
Court administration confirmed Friday that Doninger is no longer a court employee, but declined to explain further.

Prosecutorial Discretion.A Texas teenager who has been in jail since March faces an eight-year prison sentence because of a threatening joke he made while playing an online video game.
In February, Justin Carter was playing “League of Legends” — an online, multiplayer fantasy game — when another player wrote a comment calling him insane. Carter’s response, which he now deeply regrets, was intended as joke.
“He replied ‘Oh yeah, I’m real messed up in the head, I’m going to go shoot up a school full of kids and eat their still, beating hearts,’ and the next two lines were lol and jk,” said Jack Carter, Justin’s father, in a statement to a local news channel.

Remember, if any of us had shot a dog in the same manner as the police we'd be sitting in jail and facing felony charges for negligently discharging a firearm. Not to mention the civil lawsuit over killing the dog.

Re: Officer Friendly.
I have been told by police that shooting a dog who threatens you or is on your property is fair game. They said that if you shoot it, you need to kill it and make sure it isn't able to make it back to the owner's property or you could have legal liability.Batboy2/75 wrote:Blaidd Drwg wrote:A wrongful arrest followed up by disgusting act of cowardice. Not content with violating the rest of the US BILL OF RIGHTS on a daily basis; Los Vegas cops find a way to violate the 3rd Ammendment. Except the 5th Ammendment; Cops , Prosecutors and Politicians love the 5th, as many of them end up needing to invoke it.

Sanford Police Department Caught Passing Out WW2 Service Ribbons…
Last Monday when Doris Singleton of the Sanford Police Department took the stand, Jeremiah Workman sat up and took notice. Workman, the Marine who received our nation’s second highest honor, the Navy Cross, took special notice of the ribbon rack she was wearing and wrote the following on his Facebook page. “Am I going blind, or is this police officer in the Zimmerman – Martin trial wearing ribbons that she doesn’t rate?’

Re: Officer Friendly.
The Chick cop in the Zimmerman trial = I'ts not her fault her department uses military ribbons and insignia. She actually seemd a rarity among female cops, she was not a cunt or some chick who wishes she had a 10"cock of her own.
I can't stand seeing police chiefs with 4 to 5 stars on their shoulders, even if your the head of the NYPD, wich is bigger than a lot of nation's armies, you don't rate with a Patton, Ridgeway, Boykin or Mattis.
As for the cop who shot that fucking nigger in the head?
GOOD FUCKING SHOW!
I just hope he's the kind that can do that and not have an emotional issues other than "Fuck yeah that felt good" as I'd hate to see him have any head issues over a POS like that.
This thread highlights the many abuses and abusers and things going wrong with Law Enforcement but I don't think any of us hates all cops and we realise that if you made them all disappear tomorrow, you'd have to replace them with basically the same kind of service.
I had an in a few years back with a department but between the hypocrisy of busting people for shit I've done and find no real fault with (unless you become a fucking burnout) and I know myself enough to know that job would make me a raging, violent asshole who hates who he works for and with. I'd be a use of force investigation poster boy. I passed on it. Decent money, a chance to use my skills legally ect just did not tip the scales in it's favour.
Now a small town LEO? I could do that because I'd know many of the folks I'd be serving, I have a protective streak a mile long and am more than willing to get into shit I see as wrong or dangerous to decent people without it being my job that if it was my job? SHIT YEAH!
I would also know that being an abusive fucker in a small town is a great way to make your family eat shit and maybe get a propane tank thrown through your window.
Some cops should die in their cruisers if they fuck with people unjustly, some should be put in fear for their and their families safety. That's easier to do in the country.
