Now that you have shown how much stock you put into agreements (rightly so) then you should have been quick to point out that WMDs or not, Iraq signed a cease fire agreement in 91 that stated if Saddam did not let us look under even his wife's dress then the USA could march into his country at their pleasure.

I agree that most of what I saw was for US consumption. He's been aggressive with the use of surveillance and drones for sure but not the military generally.

I don't know how the people of the world look at him now that his rapturous promise has crumbled but am pretty sure that friend and foe government leaders consider him weak and indecisive (see Syria). That's to everybody's detriment.
