By FAR the tastiest snack bar/mrp thing i have ever had. I normally make my own using oats, whey, apple sauce, raisins etc etc but saw some newly arrived bars at a local store. Have to say they are tastey.
Breakdown is: -

14g fat (8g sat fats - NO trans fats)
43g carbs (3g fiber, 25g simple cho)
32g protein
Each bar is 100g.
^ Possibly not 'optimum' if we are to draw knowledge from the work of IVY et al regarding PWO, but still, seeing as ALL bars ive tasted are like a form of chalk, this came as refreshing.
