This needs to be posted on @fit. Like kicking an anthill. I love their replies to real criticism, like "Well, of course elite athletes won't train like this because they are "specialists". Haha, losers! We are good at everything!". On the same webpage will be something like "Crossfit: Forging Elite Fitness".
On another unrelated note; it appears that more than one "Figure Competitor" is on the HGH train. Look at the hyoooge foreheads and jutting chins on some of the ladies.
And check out the ass on the one kneeling down. Sweet Jeebus.

I used to train one pro figure competitor and a couple amateurs. They were all on HGH among other things. They were on less gear than the bodybuilders and fitness competitors by far though.

whaaaa?
I'm just the messenger but an ebedded source has intimated this information to me.
So I just had this epiphany: Cooch called Dan John a few weeks back to make amends. He could have called some of the others (hell, he extended the olive branch to Robb Wolf).
Isn't that one of the 12 steps? Making amends with those you've wronged in the past due to your drinking.
That would be step 9. Couch would have one hell of an 8th step list.
Poliquin's criticisms were weak initially. Not as weak as Boyle's, but weak. These seem a bit better thought out and echo criticisms that were made years ago by guys like Rant and myself.
Note that he's moved away from the really denigratory tone in previous pieces.
Of course, it doesn't impact the popularity of @F, but it does get the koolaid drinker's riled up.
True dat.
His arguments have improved, but aren't anything that we didn't know already. Shit that is old news here seems to be revolutionary in other hell holes throughout cyberspace.
Just for those who aren't familiar with teh steps, this is what Cooch has to do:
These are the original Twelve Steps as published by Alcoholics Anonymous:
1. We admitted we were powerless over alcohol—that our lives had become unmanageable.
2. Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.
4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
5. Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
6. Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
7. Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.
8. Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.
9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.
11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His Will for us and the power to carry that out.
12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to alcoholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

I couldn't remember half of them. It's worse than remembering Dwarf #7.

The flesh is weak, and the smell of pussy is strong like a muthafucka.

Isn't that step rehab? Or is it drink some more?
If you sub pr0n for alcohol, I might be down with the steps. Really, though, steps 1-7 are a cake walk. I'd fall off at #8 and 9. Kudos to cooch for making it that far.

It's fucking a just-off-the-booze / smack / whathaveyou-newcomer.

Ha Ha Ha Ha ....
My x husbands girlfriend, Julie, did our makeup and she made me look flawless. Thanks Julie!

Crazy addict chicks insist on maximizing drama in their lives. This involves such things as asking your ex-husband's girlfriend for makeup work that anybody else could do, while pretending to be oblivious to boundaries or any potential awkwardness. Then mentioning it in an offhand way on a blog to attract as much attention as possible.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.
I wish I hadn't clicked on that cunt's link. Just looking at her old dildo lover boy makes me want to perform random acts of violence. I cannot control the rage.
Stop this bashing of our girl. Shari needs our love, kindness, and understanding right now more than ever. Guys, c'mon. She's hurting and when a woman has a broken heart, a butterfly somewhere has lost its wings. Sure she may have boundary issues as well as social and eating disorders, impulse control problems and whatever else but we can help her. Please during the holidays replace the anger in your heart with love.
I perhaps did not link these thoughts together clearly but my previous comment is a form of "tough love" that I recommend in these situations. Still, it comes from the heart.

It ain't trying to. Forgiveness lied when it said it had to study, and instead is at the bar trying to pick up that cheap Ho that doesn't run her mouth all night with all that "woe is me" shit.
