Cheap Foam Roller
Where's a good place to get a foam roller on the cheap? How dense do these things need to be for myofascials.

Get a 3 or 4 foot piece of 3 or 4 inch pvc.

About 2.5 to 5 mg of Oxycodone taken orally should make that PVC feel like the correct density of foam depending on how tight your ITs are.Ed Zachary wrote:Hardware store.

The pvc is a tough call. It will work but it will hurt.
