Mr America by mark Adams
This is a book about Bernarr Macfadden. A very good read, the same kind of book as Muscletown. Macfadden was way ahead of his time.

His politics is one of the things that made the book interesting. He was into fascism for a time, he thought it promoted physical culture. He was all about nakedness and sex. I had heard of him before this book, but did not know what he was about.
