Your box is our box!
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

That returns us to the our mission. We need about 10,000 of those to put on more windshields.

What a world we live in, where reality and satire are indistinguishable.
Re: The couch thread

Farmer's walk with 75-95lbs per hand too challenging? Gay it up by adding a partner.

Decided to take a break for the my constant vigilance against the forces of AKC cuntitude and dropped in on the local @fit affiliate website. Cincinnati is the Mecca for absolute douche baggery. Good luck trying to get through the first minute:

Re: The couch thread
When I used to go on the @Fit forum a little still someone asked what weight is good for farmer's walks and I was shouted down for suggesting that more than 35lbs per hand was necessary.WildGorillaMan wrote:Farmer's walk with 75-95lbs per hand too challenging? Gay it up by adding a partner.
It was insanity. I have literally trained 9-10 year olds who used 53lb KBs in each hand for multiple sets.

Re: The couch thread
My hate still runs strong even for a Sunday.....The farmer walks were as gay as shit and those that did them should be embarrassed just for the sheer pussitude of an activity.
The Youtube Norm posted....Sorry I could only get thru the first 30 seconds. I didn't realize @lassman was charging cripples in learning how to exercise.

I watched the whole damn thing just as a mental exercise. After the first minute I stopped being horrified and started being amused.Norman U. That was so elite that I need to run to the thesaurus and find some new adjectives that mean "more than elite."

Of course, if a 35kg barbell is too heavy to carry, you might want to roll it, for time.
Skip ahead to 1:18 if you don't believe me.
