Two cases of rhabdo? I know some guys on another forum that are going to be cutting and pasting your post. Are you talking about 'went to the emergency room' rhabdo, or something you diagnosed yourself?
What's your plan to avoid a third case?
Good luck.

of course he did - double rhabdo is a badge of honor.
The driver of this mission is physical superiority; a battle-ready state, general physical fitness spurred by a contrarian philosophy and a general distain for bullshit.
From Gilson. Is he fucking kidding? The driver of this mission is a gin swilling megalomaniac. He AND his stripper wife are so out of shape it is astounding noone calls bullshit on it. Physical superiority!!!!! In what? NFL,NBA,MBL? NO guys claims on boards that he is interviewing a "world class" volleyball palyer who mentions that she did @fit a few times. She is NOT WORLD CLASS..she is one of the better players in college. Couch claims he can outperform 49% of @fitters and I now think he can when I look at grown ass men weighing 170lbs and 6" tall and sun 300 deads

I love that picture. It was taken the exact moment Couch had the idea of letting them figure out the messy details of "what is fitness" while he makes quick dash for a couple dozen assorted at Dunkin Donuts.

Just because I could.
