To be fair, that's the common condition in gyms everywhere. Many, maybe most people are stuck on the hamster wheel of life, even if they think otherwise. @fit didn't invent mediocrity, although Couch says he did.Quackmire wrote:You obviously don't understand the masterpiece of "What Is Fitness?" then.Ed Zachary wrote:How in the can you spend 3 years doing a training program with little or no gain over the past 12 to 18 months and think it's a good thing?

@Fers are overachievers then. Not only do they get no significant progress past novice gains, they also get the added benefits of blown discs, SLAP tears, meniscal tears, and rhabdo! The genius of couch should never be forgotten or under-appreciated.WildGorillaMan wrote:To be fair, that's the common condition in gyms everywhere. The gift that keeps on giving. Wow. Did no one else actually suggest to her that she might just want to sit this one out?At the Rogue Vs. Again Faster Throwdown in Lake Tahoe, Calif., 2009 Games champion Tanya Wagner talked about her pregnancy and how it has changed her CrossFitting.
For Wagner, pregnancy came as a pleasant surprise right before the 2010 Games. In fact, she found out the good news three days before she got to the Home Depot Center, and she admits she was happy she had signed on to compete for her affiliate rather than as an individual.
“I honestly probably would have backed out,” she says.
Also, how should an ELEEEET @Fing female change her Var dose once she gets knocked up?

For as idiotic as Tanya's decision to compete while pregnant was, I can bet you money she isn't on Var... she is from my area and was an excellent athlete throughout her HS and college career. Genetics with this one, not drugs.

Hayley C Rintel Queller ...nothing says Xmas like 3 Jews in the basement doing Crossfit awaiting a Paleo dinner to finish cooking!!!
Merry Christmas, fellow foul-mouthed ignorami. Twas a good morning until the white trash sister-in-law showed up. It was too much even for Tron and Sierra Nevada Celebration to cure.
Oh well, kids are happy, brisket is on the smoker, and Couch is still at large. All is well.

Just when you think that Barry Cooper has been long gone, he's all over Couch's Ex on FB.
She should have ignored him.

Philosophical question. And pardon me for civilizing you for just a moment. Lauren and Allison are beatiful women who also seem very nice. What would you lie-dogs have to offer them? Now go back to your natural state which I love and adore.

LOL at Barry Cooper for shamelessly preparing the ground for a rebound fuck. It's pretty undignified at the best of times, but on a public social network site it is just pitiful. Go Barry Cooper!

Now Spidey...do you really want a legit answer?
Lauren could do with a man who enjoys grilling a nice Salmon for dinner playing ball with the kids and has a grown up wardrobe devoid of underarmour and is only very rarely too drunk to fuck. I suspect there are several of those chaps here.
Barky on the other hand needs a different sort of father figure. one with good taste in bourbon, 50 meters of hemp rope, a hitachi magic wand and long weekends. I can provide references.
If no one else is volunteering, I'll be glad to pull a double shift.

Lauren has got to be rich now. So I agree 100% on the not too drunk to fuck, & not ignoring the kids, & not sporting underarmour in an obese state.Charismatic megafauna wrote:Lauren could do with a man who enjoys grilling a nice Salmon for dinner playing ball with the kids and has a grown up wardrobe devoid of underarmour and is only very rarely too drunk to fuck.
