That's exactly what it is, and the cognitive dissonance is funny with the blackops/milspec contingent trying to rationalize it as if run/swim/bike WODs are practical training for end-of-the-world scenarios rather than just a way to get more video footage of hot girls in bikinis.
"Todays wod is 10 100 yard dashes. you post your fastest round. This morning Coach jimmy Posted a respectable 10 sec dash. followed up by Will with 9 seconds and Pooch with a 9 second run. Wow!!! can anyone beat 9???"
Considering that the official world record for 100 yards is 9.2 seconds, I may have to rethink the effectiveness of their programming....

You're right in the ball park, just about 10 miles west.

Lol. Giggitylardy redux.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.
Yep. Definitely the homeopathic nasal spray. Definitely. Not the widely available stimulant products. No way. BTW, don't forget to wear your baby for the picture, bro! http://crossfit808.blogspot.com/2012/06 ... -from.html
It is with a heavy heart and regret that Crossfit 808 has been disqualified because I tested positive for methylhexeanamine (DMAA). This is a banned substance found in many dietary supplements such as OXYElite Pro and Jack3d. I openly defend the fact that I have never taken any of these products or products like these. This disqualification is hard for me to swallow as I know that, although I tested positive for the substance, I have never taken said supplements in order to gain any advantage. Although we do not know for sure what may have been the culprit for the positive test, I feel strongly that it may have been a homeopathy nasal spray I took that weekend due to allergies. Understandably, this is not sufficient enough evidence to refute the penalty so the team has been disqualified.
Present said homeopathic nasal spray for analysis and prove your case, if they can find it in your piss, they can sure as shit find it in the product.

What a moron.
Blaming a positive test for ANY substance on a HOMEOPATHIC remedy is pittifull on so many levels I don't know what to say.
To be fair, the remedy could've been laced with actualy substances (in supra-homeopathic dosages) that could've made him test positive, but that would not be hard to prove, as quack noted above.

Now look. I've eaten a pice of pie.
When we spin the pie again, the area cut out of the volume of the sphere equals fitness.
