The Cabin in the Woods

Post by vern »

No, not the seeahill cabin...its a really well made and intelligent horror movie spoof. If you're a fan of the genre you should check this one out.

The less you know about it ahead of time, the better. Plus its October, get on it!

Terrific movie. 91% tomatometer. Avoid learning anything about it in advance.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

I watched it this weekend and enjoyed it quite a bit. Nice twist. Joss Whedon is the man.

Not a fan of horror movies at all - saw this thread and knew that Josh Whedon directed so took a chance. Really, really enjoyed the entire film.

this movie, with it's premise, could've so easily been so terrible, but it was great. a very fun watch.
