Larry Pacifico's training DVD

Post by Bob Wildes »

This DVD is the most thorough description of powerlifting that I've ever seen.

There are two seminars that together are over five hours long. One of the seminars was
originally done in 1982. I'm not sure about the other, but would guess it was done pretty
close to that same time. Both must have been on VHS and later, 2005 or 2007, converted
to DVD by Ricky Dale Crain.

Covers the three lifts, numerous assistance exercises, injuries, stretching, mental preparation
and drugs.

This was before A.S. were declared class III or whatever, so I think they could be a bit more
free with that sort of information then than now. :supz:

Nobody likes them, but you have to do what your competitors are doing to have a chance
to win.

Anavar and Winstrol the first two weeks.

Dianabol the next few weeks, then injectables like testosterone cypionate.

Start HCG as you are coming off the cycle.

A bunch more, but I'm not likely to get it all right.

This was the early eighties, so my guess is their is more cutting edge information now,

In those days it wasn't too difficult to get an M.D. to provide prescriptions for a lot
of anabolic steroids.

I didn't know they had/used hcg back then.

In Kuc's book, he swears he only did a little dbol and only for a few weeks at the end of his competition cycles.

Thanks.

I still have Kuc's book.

He said that 20MG a day of D-bol was the most he ever took. He was using that amount for
several weeks, forget how many, prior to the 1980 World's where he pulled is all time best DL.
870.

Kuc mentioned that many would not believe that he was on "relatively low dosages", but I
cannot see a reason for him lying about that.

Larry claimed to have won his first 4 WCs clean. The last five, beginning in 1975, were when he
was using.

Yet if you listen to all the anonymous fuckheads online, these guys were all using "massive!" doses LOL

It's enlightening to hear what they used especially when they could talk about it without fear of going to jail

There are two separate seminars on this DVD. In the first Larry has a guy named Eric, I think, do the
steroid information part. Larry does it in the second part,

Eric covers it in more detail and his dosage suggestions seemed to be higher than Larry's.

Ricky Dale Crain's company,

Google Ricky Dale Crain then scroll down to DVD.

$29.95 according to that website.

There is also a toll free number in case you want to make a deal with RDC.

Central Daylight time which is about four hours head of you, I think.

I never tried to make a deal with him Shaf. I have bought a lot of various things. mostly books and his
service has always been excellent.

I bought a 45 degree leg press from him in the mid nineties. That took several weeks to be delivered.

The eighties was, in hindsight, the golden era for training pamphlets. I bought a shit load from him then.

Didn't the KAZ say that angels helped him lift a weight and you could see them in a photo?
