I see that Vermont is the only green state in New England. Their governor recently made news for saying they have a huge heroin problem. This map is shite. :toimonster:

The year to year changes are interesting. Colorado and Hawaii went down, the Dakotas went way up. Not sure how they can realistically use access to healthcare as a measure with all the recent changes and confusion.

I can't believe Florida didn't rank lower. The general level of misery I see on the average person's face down here is astounding.

That whole area of south GA/AL, north FL is a shit hole. Not one good thing about that area. Hot as balls and humid as fuck all the time, but you don't live near the beach. And poverty is rampant.

heroin is more frequently reported in more places, but vermont is still a great place to be.
