I've been in the special protective room on and off for hours. I've heard explosions in the distance. We are allowed to go out but be near a shelter.
There were no cars on the road outside my building for hours. Heard a few go by just now.

Jerusalem has been attacked a lot as has the South and North of Israel and the center of the country. War should be a last resort and in my opinion the mullahs of Iran and the murderous Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC) should have been overthrown decades ago. They tortured and killed probably hundreds of thousands of their own citizens. The Iranian regime has probably killed tens of thousands in the last few months. People protesting to regain freedoms we in the West take for granted were murdered. Many went out saying they knew they'd die. Tens of thousands are imprisoned and probably tortured.

It didn't have to be this way. They have so much oil and wanted a nuclear reactor. They refused inspections and demanded the right to enrich uranium to the point where they could build atom bombs that could have hit major cities in Europe like London and Paris. If Israel were destroyed and all of us killed Iran would pose a significant threat to the world as major terror sponsors. Eventually they would have gotten intercontinental ballistic missiles that could have the east coast of the USA

It's very sad this day had to come but in my opinion this was the last resort.

thanks. My mother in law was in the ER. She has a heart problem and had a CT. My wife risked death to go to the hospital to be with her twice
Yesterday and this morning. There were and are constant incoming missile alerts. I heard about 10 yesterday and slept part of the night in the protective
room on a camping pad. it was fine. I called a friend in Silicon Valley who has a rare blood disease. He might be getting better or worse - he doesn't know. i send him music videos.

i just thought there was another incoming missile alert and got frightened. The Iranian regime hit a hospital during the June 2025 war which is a war crime and the world could care less. they targeted civilians and apartment buildings and killed people and the world and the UN said nothing. Iran sits on the human rights council.
The war is tragic. but the Iranian regime can eventually hit the USA with nukes. I am very unhappy this had to occur and hope it's over soon with a minimum of deaths and casualties.
