Redback boots

Aussie style pull on workboot.

I had some Blundstones, but they were dressier. I needed a boot to beat the shit out of. I got these off ebay pretty reasonably priced. Worn them around a few times, very comfortable, supportive.

I read they are a popular boot with EMTs and firefighters, at least as a station boot. Can get with steel toes or without, can also buy inserts and toe caps.

I had a pair of Redbacks that lasted for more than five years. Very comfortable, and easy to slip on & off.
Unless you often drop shit on your feet, don't get the steel toes.

Yeah, I'm well aware of the issues with steel toed boots, having worn assorted pairs for over a decade

I think Fred Gwynn wore these.

I looked at some Blundstones a while back but they were pretty expensive. Ive got a couple pair of Redwings but would like some pull on boots. I'll give these a look.
