On Amazon. An interesting adaptation of the magazine to film. I've seen two episodes and quite like it. Each had a documentary, one on how the CIA didn't communicate with the FBI before 9/11 and the other on child bull/calf riders and their families.
Episode 1 did have a weird bit with Paul Giamatti as Balzac drinking 50 cups of coffee in a day, but it was short.

I like it, it's a lot like the Vice show on HBO without the hipster sheen.
